It has been a terribly difficult time after the take-over in our company, now it was time to get everybody on board and motivated. But how to do this. After having experienced team buildings in my past corporate life, I knew exactly what I wanted, just I needed to find the facilitator, who can pack my great ideas into a team building event, which would leave the staff with only saying “WOW”.
